Important Info Concerning Towing on OPP Patrolled Highways

As a result of recent queries from the carrier membership, OTA has been advised by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) that they do not have contracts with any towing companies in the Province.

The OPP has asked that carriers who are being advised by a towing company that suggests or states outright that they have a contractual relationship with the OPP should consider providing additional information on this issue to police.
